The best guys don’t want to work hourly—unless it’s $50+ an hour, and even then, it doesn’t push them to move efficiently. That’s why we pay by percentage. So while Jose and Agustine are the founders, there are no real “owners” here—it’s one big team, all pushing in the same direction.
